Atlassian recently updated its Marketplace Partner Program, introducing higher and more detailed requirements for all partners. As a result of these changes, DevSamurai has been moved from Platinum to Gold Partner status for now.
With Atlassian’s recent program update, all partners now need to meet higher standards in cloud performance, customer adoption, support quality, and data security. While we fully meet the requirements for cloud performance, support quality, and data security, our customer adoption is still catching up as we’re relatively new to the market.
We see this as a positive challenge and are working hard to grow. With continued support from our users, we’re confident we’ll be back at Platinum level soon!
