ConfluPlan is Becoming A Paid App: What to Expect?

We’re announcing an important update: ConfluPlan is becoming a paid app, while still offering a free plan for teams that want to continue using ConfluPlan at no cost! This change helps us continue investing in ConfluPlan as a more reliable, scalable, and feature-rich planning solution for Confluence teams.

As more teams use ConfluPlan to manage roadmaps and project timelines, we want to make sure the app can grow with them through improved performance, ongoing enhancements, dedicated support, and more advanced capabilities.

Why ConfluPlan is becoming a paid app

ConfluPlan has continued to evolve from a simple planning tool into a more complete project planning solution within Confluence. To support this growth, a paid model allows us to:

  • Maintain and improve app performance as usage grows
  • Provide better support and long-term product development
  • Deliver more advanced planning features for teams with larger or more complex workflows
  • Continue building ConfluPlan as a reliable planning hub for Confluence users

At the same time, we understand that many teams still need a simple and accessible way to plan work in Confluence. That’s why ConfluPlan will continue to offer a free plan for teams with up to 10 users, so teams can keep using the app with essential planning capabilities.

Introducing Jira integration

Alongside this pricing update, we’re also introducing one of ConfluPlan’s biggest new features: Jira integration.

With Jira integration, teams can connect their Confluence planning work more closely with Jira execution. This helps bridge the gap between high-level planning in Confluence and task management in Jira, making it easier to keep plans and delivery work aligned.

This update is especially useful for teams that use Confluence for project documentation, planning, and collaboration, while managing day-to-day work in Jira.

What this means for users

ConfluPlan will now offer both free and paid options. Teams that only need essential planning features can continue with the free plan, while teams looking for more advanced capabilities — including Jira integration — can upgrade to a paid plan.

This shift allows us to keep improving ConfluPlan while still making it accessible for teams of different sizes and needs.

Looking ahead

We’re excited to bring ConfluPlan into its next stage. With the move to paid plans and the launch of Jira integration, ConfluPlan is becoming a stronger planning solution for teams who want to manage project plans, roadmaps, and execution more effectively across Confluence and Jira.

Thank you for being part of ConfluPlan’s journey. We look forward to continuing to improve the app and supporting your team’s planning workflows.
