Important Notice
Atlassian has recently dropped the plan to implement the new User-based pricing model. As a result, GanttTable’s pricing plans will follow the current pricing model that accounts for the total number of users (or Jira licenses) in your instance, applying to all apps available on the marketplace.
GanttTable’s user-based pricing model is now cancelled. As a result, GanttTable’s pricing plans will follow the current pricing model, which is based on the total number of users (or Jira licenses) in your instance, and apply to all apps available on the marketplace.
Why do we make this change?
Originally, we planned to apply Atlassian’s new pricing model, which could benefit all users who want to pay for only the people using the app. However, since Atlassian has dropped the plan to implement the User-based pricing model, GanttTable will now follow the current pricing model applied to all apps on the marketplace.
We sincerely apologize for making this abrupt change. We are committed to focusing on delivering powerful capabilities that make planning, tracking, and managing work inside Jira more efficient.
Additionally, we are actively working on improvements that will expand visualization flexibility, strengthen dependency management, and enhance overall user experience.

You can see the board below to understand which tier your team belongs to. To get the exact pricing based on your number of users, please visit the GanttTable listing and use the Atlassian calculator.

Your questions get answered (FAQ)
We know you might have some questions, so here are a few answers to get you started.
1. When does this new pricing take effect?
This change to GanttTable’s pricing plans will take effect in April 2026.
UPDATE: GanttTable has officially become a paid app, starting from March 10th, 2026.
2. How will this affect my current subscription?
All current features are included in GanttTable’s paid version. Additionally, all users will have access to a 1-month free trial to fully explore GanttTable’s features.
- After the 1-month trial, choose a payment plan to continue using GanttTable.
- After that, free access will be restricted in compliance with Atlassian’s policy.
If you don’t subscribe right away, don’t worry—your data will remain safe and unaltered. You can regain access to your data anytime by subscribing.
3. How can I pay per user if only specific users use the app?
To keep things simple, GanttTable follows the same tiered pricing as Jira Server. That means your rate will depend on which user tier your team falls into, or (in other words) the number of users in your instance.
Specifically, pricing tiers are defined by specific user limits. If you exceed your current tier limit by even one user, your subscription will move to the next pricing level.
For example, if you have a Jira account with 250 active users, in which only 30 people would be using GanttTable, your license price will be calculated based on all 250 users.
4. Monthly or annual plan, which is more cost-effective?
Monthly Plan: Operates on a graduated tiered system where different user brackets are billed at varying rates. Rather than a fixed per-user fee, the total cost is cumulative across tiers. This plan offers agility for fluctuating team sizes, though it may result in higher long-term costs.
Annual Plan: Provides a simplified pricing structure. Rather than calculating costs per individual, it applies a flat rate based on your total user bracket. This option often yields significant savings and streamlines budgeting via a single upfront payment.
Again, we sincerely apologize for this abrupt change and any misunderstandings or inconvenience caused by this incident. We remain committed to keeping GanttTable simple, practical, and aligned with real project management needs. Besides, the move to a paid model ensures we can continue building features you’ll love while maintaining the quality you expect.
Thank you for being part of the GanttTable community. We’re excited about what’s ahead and look forward to continuing to support your project planning success.
