Licensing: With the help of sophisticated processes, suitable tools and years of experience, we procure and renew all Atlassian licenses that companies need. Companies that purchase their licenses through us or carry out migration projects with us receive free access to content from our e-learning platform – the Seibert Academy.

Atlassian consulting: Our certified consultants advise companies on all aspects of Atlassian tools, configure them for them and provide them with suitable workshops and implementation projects for their specific use cases.

Strategy consulting: Before a decision is made in favour of a tool, all of a company’s strategic issues – such as organizational development, process structure or IT strategy – should be clarified. By starting at this preliminary stage, we help our customers to set the right course.

Training: Whether live training on site or online courses on-demand in our Seibert Academy – we offer the right training for every type of learner. Our experienced product experts ensure that teams can use tools safely and efficiently.

Support: Our experienced support team takes care of monitoring and dispatching our customers’ support requests and handles incidents prudently.

Custom development: Every company has individual requirements for tools and team collaboration. This is exactly where our offer comes in, where we work on individual and flexible solutions for our customers.

Seibert Academy & live trainings

With the Seibert Academy, our e-learning platform, the employees of our license customers can train themselves independently and on-demand on a wide variety of topics in the Atlassian world – free of charge. In the training program, which is unique in the Atlassian partner market, beginners as well as advanced users and admins will find helpful and understandable courses on Jira, Confluence and the Atlassian Cloud in general.

We support companies in their transition to the Atlassian Cloud with the help of various migration packages. To make it easier for teams to get started in the new cloud environment, these packages include selected, free course bundles from our Academy – e.g. the “Road to Cloud” or “Cloud Onboarding”.

For customer teams who learn better in live training sessions, our experienced Atlassian experts offer on-site and remote training. Customers can choose between compact module training courses, individual one-day training courses or certification training courses.
