Yes, you can. We have developed a feature called “Populating issues” to help our users bulk import all Jira issues to Routemap automatically without having to drag and drop them one by one.
However, please keep in mind that this feature will only work after mapping fields in your Jira issues (meaning mapping the Start date and Due date).
Yes. You can experience all the greatness of Routemap for Jira with a 30-day free trial. After the trial ends, your subscription will be automatically activated.

For the cloud version, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed to by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period.

For example, for the server version if you have 25 users you pay the pricing tier for 25 users (11-25 users). But add one more user, which makes your total 26, and you pay the pricing tier for 50 users (26-50 users).
